Yes. We work by power of attorney: we photograph the property, publish the listing, conduct viewings, prepare documents and support the transaction at the notary. Every step is agreed with you online, with reports at each stage.
We obtain the current property sheet (cadastre extract), check the ownership history, encumbrances, mortgages and utility debts, and verify the area and legalisation. A lawyer prepares and reviews the deal — you only sign clean documents.
Yes, citizens of most countries (including Russia) can buy apartments, houses and commercial real estate on general terms. We will help with translation and certification of documents, opening a bank account, the notary and registration of ownership.
We advise you and select properties that qualify as grounds for a residence permit, prepare the rental or purchase agreement in the required format and help with address registration. The legal side of the residence permit procedure itself is handled together with our partner lawyers.
