The SPRAT agency grew out of the SPRAT.RS portal — a specialised real estate search service in Vojvodina. We combined digital tools with the expertise of real agents so that transactions go faster and safer.

01 · Our story
We started with technology — and grew into a team
SPRAT.RS was created as a convenient and secure service for finding houses and apartments in Subotica and Vojvodina. Year after year the portal became the region's leading platform — and we saw that people need more than listings: they need a partner who will verify the documents, lead the negotiations and stand beside them at the notary's office.
That is how the SPRAT agency was born. We digitalised the routine — search, presentation, analytics — and left everything that requires responsibility and experience to people: our agents and lawyers.
