We are helping our wonderful landlady find new tenants. The apartment (40 m²) is located in a small three-story building (6 apartments) on Cara Lazara Street, Centar I, right next to the Basch House 1887 restaurant.

Heating: The building has its own gas boiler. The temperature is controlled via a remote in the apartment, so you decide when and how warm it should be (or you can choose not to turn it on at all).
